MobileOptimized’2015 is the 5th, anniversary event, which stands among the most important Mobile Development conferences in Eastern Europe. It is organized by Dev.by community portal, EventSpace team and key mobile technology communities of Belarus in cooperation with key companies in software development industry.
Conference first was set in 2011 and gathered 600+ participants from Belarus and other countries, becoming the biggest mobile developers conference in the region. Every year we work hard to connect you with cutting edge mobile development technologies.

Mr. Matsanyuk began his career as an entrepreneur in 2003 by producing the game called Territory and launching his own company: IT Territory. In 2005, IT Territory received funding from DST, and working together, they created the holding company Astrum Online Entertainment, which included three additional major IT companies. In spring 2009, DST assumed control of Astrum, and by the end of the year, the holding company was acquired by the Mail.ru group (made on the basis of DST assets), and Matsanyuk was made its vice president. In summer 2010, Mr. Matsanyuk left Mail.ru, and in November during the IPO, he sold his share of the company (1.6%) for more than $80M.
Orta is an iOS developer at Artsy, building beautiful portfolio apps for some of the biggest Art galleries in the world. Encouraged by Artsy's awesome commitment to open source he regularly devotes time to working on and around the CocoaPods ecosystem. Building tools like CocoaDocs, maintaining the Specs repository and pruning the documentation for the project.
Became well-known as Gameplay magazine editor in chief (2005-2008). Then he worked in Softrom, where headed marketing and sales department and became responsible for business development. Was head of marketing in «1С:Multimedia» from Oct 2010 till Nov 2011, and then started working in Nival at the same position. In 2014 he opened his own studio, Red Beat, where Sergej still holds an advising position after starting his job in Wargaming.
Junior is a product engineer living in Switzerland, currently based in Zürich. He mainly writes softwares for iOS and Mac, but in past worked with many other technologies. In the free time he organizes events and meetups for SwissMobiDevs and also works on side projects, always exploring what is new.
Worked 4 years as a Business Development Manager at Google with a strong focus on e-commerce, mobile and agencies. Currently working in the Emerging Markets team at Twitter.
Designer, 2D and pixel-artist, short movies director with 7+ years freelance experience. Has worked as UI-designer for Spearsoft for 2 years, recently employed as artist in Game Insight. Art-lead of Movie Industry project by Rhapsody Games (Moscow). Award winner at cinema-festivals, such as «Stories for our Time» (London School of Liberal Arts, GB), «Eco-cup 2013» (Russia), «New Horizons. Spirit of Times» (Ukraine).
Has been engaged in Xamarin mobile development since 2012. Spends most of his time in Germany where he helps *instinctools to expand Xamarin development department.
Has been a game designer for more that 7 years already and managed to get an experience in working with consoles, PC as well as mobile platforms. Took a part in Ludum Dare game jams and was a finalist of GamesJam. He is also a co-founder of Wildroad Games indie-studio.
Chris started his career at IBM, which at that time provided technical support to the NASA space agency. He gained experience in writing software for the space workstation (the results of his work were shown at the Vancouver World Expo), which included creating prototypes of user interfaces and control panels that would be easy to use in space.
Chris founded Softeq Development back in 1997, the name rooting to “technical software” to emphasize the business niche the company was aiming to occupy. Under Chris’s leadership, the company’s capabilities soon extended beyond embedded solutions and firmware into mobile and web development spaces, as well as complex engineering for wearables and IoT.
Chris is married, has five children and two grand-children.
Olga's responsibilities lie in developing UX for World of Tanks Blitz (Best Appstore Game 2014), where she started to work in 2014. She's been in the industry for 4 years and managed to get lots of experience in working with various applications, from news and social to business apps and games.
Has worked in Internet since 1998, experienced in running, promoting and monetizing big internet projects. Started working for LG Electronics is 2010, where his responsibilities lie in developing LG Smart TV platform and partnering with service-providers and TV-apps developers.

Lead UX-designer in ELEKS, has worked in Artua Design Agency before. Creates digital products, specialises in fast prototyping of mobile interfaces. Made a speech about interface animations at Deribble Meetup Lviv and app design specificity for smart watches at Code’n’Coffee in Khmelnitsky.
With 10+ years experience in mobile development (started in good old times of 40x40px screens and polyphony), he slowly moved from coding to managing teams and projects, which is his beloved job in mobile tanks now.

Ivan has worked as lead developer for Alfa-Bank in 2013-2014, was responsible for mobile apps made for internal use. 1 year ago he founded Werbary, mobile apps agency, and became its CEO. Developed more than 30 different projects recently for Renessaince Insurance, BFT (Budget and Finance technologies), Russian association of electronic communications and more.
He works with data bases for Viber iOS client, bring CoreData into life, develops in SQL and lives a fun life.

Simone is a wannabe craftsman from Busseto, Italy. Formerly one of the few 30” Microsoft Surface developers on Earth, he moved to smaller screens - and to the iOS platform – in 2010 thanks to the advent of the iPad. He is currently working with great people at Xebia IT Architects in Paris, where he has been developing a number of iOS applications and devoting the rest of his time to functional testing, continuous integration and quality practices.

Befor it, he was working on developing and implementation of loyalty-mechanics in Synqera, devloped user-side WiMAX and LTE devices in YOTA and administered servers in Sun Microsystems. Gamedev Day пройдет при поддержке безусловного лидера индустрии компании Wargaming. Этот день включит в себя доклады и обсуждения тенденций в сфере разработки игр. В тематических секциях будут представлены кейсы по геймдизайну и юзабилити, созданию графики для игр, разработке игровой архитектуры и другим особенностям GameDev.
